The PRE-SALE of our beautiful Christmas trees, wreaths and greenery from the mountains of North Carolina to your friends and neighbors is a profitable and fun way to raise funds for your organization. This low risk method of generating funds for your organization’s activities offers many advantages:

We furnish you with fresh, high quality Fraser fir, White pine/Fraser fir mixed or White pine/Fraser fir/Arborvitae mixed wreaths, swags and garland directly from our farm in Laurel Springs, North Carolina.  We work with many youth groups, churches and school organizations that use this as their major fundraiser for the year.

The sales system is very straightforward and uncomplicated.  You will enjoy selling our greenery products and will find this to be an excellent way to raise funds for your organization. We look forward to working with you!

Steps to Selling Wreaths

  1. Contact Smokey Holler Tree Farm to receive your personalized Fundraiser Package.
  2. Distribute order forms to group members immediately and begin your sales.
  3. Determine what has been sold each week.  This keeps the project fresh in everyone’s mind and helps to build enthusiasm for your fundraising effort.
  4. Call us with your tentative order by Nov. 5th.  This gives us enough time to plan and create your order.
  5. Continue to sell products. Tie up any loose ends. Call us with your final order by November 12th.
  6. Your order will be ready between November 19th and December 7th.
  7. Orders may be picked up at the farm by your organization.  Please contact us concerning your pick-up date.
  8. We will also help you arrange for delivery if needed.  Contact us for details.
